Dolce Aqua will gladly accept any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused swimsuits or cover ups for an exchange. Unfortunately, Dolce Aqua does not offer refunds. We have an EXCHANGE ONLY policy.
Items for exchange must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Dolce Aqua Swim reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the items back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy. If the garment is not accepted for exchange, the garment set will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Dolce Aqua Swim has the right to charge a $25 return to sender fee.
Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online at dolceaquaswim.com must contact: customers@DolceAquaSwim.com within (7) days of receiving the merchandise for an exchange authorization number. You must then print and complete the exchange form and enclose it with your exchange. The merchandise must then be postmarked within seven (7) days of receiving an exchange authorization number. Please include the original sales receipt, a complete exchange form and clearly write your exchange authorization number on the outside of your package. If an exchange number is not written on the outside of the package, it will be returned to the sender. Please be sure to package the suit securely with labels intact.
All exchanges are subject to a $10 exchange fee and shipping charges. Please allow 7-10 business days for exchanges to be processed upon receipt.
NOTE: We strongly recommend you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
** ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED**
If a final sale item is returned with authorization, the package will be refused and shipped back at the customers’ expense.
Dolce Aqua Swim guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect.
In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing defect, each case will be handled on an individual basis. Please contact customers@DolceAquaSwim.com within (7) of receiving your purchase.

Special Orders and Pre-orders (SO & PO) will be charged at the time your order is placed. SO items are EXCHANGEABLE only. If you cancel your order for any reason, we will happily offer you ONLINE credit good for any item. SO and PO items are excluded from discount codes and coupons. All items in your order will ship at the same time. If you wish to receive additional items sooner, please place a separate order for non SO and PO items.
