What is our Return Policy?
We accept bikinis bought from dolceaquaswimwear.com in new condition with tags and liners attached for a full refund. There's no restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We also offer easy returns for our international customers. You have 20 days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for a full refund. Please note all final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Sale items purchased at a discount of 30% or more, including items bought with discount or promotion codes are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Once we get your items back your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn.
Is it easy to return/ exchange items?
Go to the Returns & Exchanges page on our website: https://dolceaqua.myreturnscenter.com/ to is authorize your return/exchange. You'll receive step-by-step instructions via email. Customers pay for shipping the return or exchange back. We will pay for shipping your exchanged new item. You must print and complete the return/exchange form emailed to you and enclose it with your return/exchange. The merchandise must then be postmarked within seven (7) days of receiving the exchange/return authorization number. Please include the original sales receipt, the complete exchange form and clearly write your exchange authorization number on the outside of your package. If an exchange number is not written on the outside of the package, it will be returned to the sender. Please be sure to package the suit securely with labels intact. Please allow 7-10 business days for exchanges to be processed upon receipt.
NOTE: We strongly recommend you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your store credit notification via email typically within 5-10 business days.
Can I return Final Sale Items?
All items marked as final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please reach out to email@example.com and review our size chart before you place your order. No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on final sale items.

- If the garment is not accepted for exchange, the garment set will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Dolce Aqua Swimwear has the right to charge a $25 return to sender fee.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Sale items including items purchased during flash sales or with a code.
- Worn, dirty garments are not accepted for exchange. Any worn, dirty garment set will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Dolce Aqua Swimwear has the right to charge a $25 return to sender fee.
